Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The aim of the course of Ethics in Health Management; It is the examination of ethical principles to be followed in health management. The course will focus on ethical theories, concepts of right, patient rights, ethical principles, professional ethics, problems, decision-making process and developing attitudes in accordance with the basic ethical principles valid in health management
Course Content	The concept of ethics, science and ethics, professional ethics, science and professional distinction, general ethical principles, application areas and ethical theories, scientific research ethics, publication ethics, ethical dilemmas and solutions, case examples. Concepts of right, right to health, right to patient. Patient rights (the right of informed consent, privacy and confidentiality, refusal of treatment, the right to learn medical records, to receive care). Obligations of the patient (The obligation to cooperate, the obligation to follow the doctor's recommendations, the obligation to bear, the patient's obligation to report, the obligation to pay). Physician's obligations.

The aim of the course

Course Content

Learning Outcomes

Having theoretical and practical knowledge about economics, business administration, accounting, law, finance, finance and management science sufficient to comprehend, evaluate and direct the functioning of the health system.
