Purpose and Content

The aim of the course It is aimed to teach the functions of HRM adequately in theoretical context and to provide the necessary knowledge and ability for students to apply HRM functions and to analyze the HRM function in health institutions.
Course Content In this course, definitions of human resources management, importance and necessity of human resources management, the distinction between human resources management and personnel management, development of human resources management, principles of human resources management, organization of human resources management in health institutions, roles of human resources manager, functions of human resources management in health institutions. : staffing; job analysis, work study and job design, human resource planning, provision and selection of human resources, staff mobility, development; socialization, staff success assessment, in-service training, compensation; job evaluation, wages and social benefits, occupational health and safety, complaints and discipline, union relations are explained.
