Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The number of health enterprises and the quality of their services have increased in recent years. These organizations are increasing in direct proportion to the quality they provide in demand. The financial structure of these rapidly growing enterprises is also growing, and there is a need for trained personnel in this aspect whose control and management differ from other enterprises. This course provides information about the financial structure of healthcare enterprises which is different from other institutions and provides examples from the market.
Course Content General Definitions for Financial Statements. Types of Financial Statements in Health Institutions. Types of Financial Analysis and Financial Analysis Techniques: Rasyo analysis, Comparative tables analysis, Analysis with Percentage method, Analysis with Trend percentages method. Introduction to financial management, financial purpose and financial function, financial planning and organization in health institutions, time value of money, importance of analysis of the time value of money in health institutions, calculation of the future and present value of money and installments. Business Capital Management in Health Institutions (Financial Management of Cash and Similar Assets, Management of Receivables, Management of Stocks). Standing Asset management and capital budgeting techniques. Foreign Resources Management and Leasing. Self-Resource Management. Capital Cost. Pricing.
