Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Our aim is to teach students the medical terms and basic elements they may encounter in the field of health, to differentiate medical terms, to pronounce them correctly, to increase the knowledge, skills and competencies required to write and use them, and to improve the students' vocabulary. It is at a level that can follow all kinds of scientific and technological developments.
Course Content Definition and history of terminology, pronunciation in terms, suffixes in medical terminology, prefixes and suffixes that form terms, eponyms and acronyms, abbreviations in medical terminology, terminology of the systems that make up the human body. Terms related to tissues, organs and diseases
