Purpose and Content

The aim of the course In business life, where it is almost impossible to completely isolate from conflict situations and stay away from stress, conflict and stress management, which can be handled within the framework of interpersonal communication skills, are very important issues. In this context, the aim of the course is to ensure that students of the Department of Health Management have good communication skills and that they can cope well with conflictual situations and stress they may encounter and find solutions.
