Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of the course is to provide students the ability to search the phaeses necessary for recognizing customer demads and examining how agency and customer relations can be provided.
Course Content The course covers the concepts such as; customer relations concept, developing customer relations, the new dimensions of customer relations, creating value for customer relations, communication types with customers, customer service, the service quality and system of customer service, measuring customer relations.
