Purpose and Content

The aim of the course To gain students sociological point of view, the habits of thinking and questioning by using the basic sociological concepts and knowledge. To raise awareness about the current debate by learning the classical and contemporary sociological theories.
Course Content Fundamental terms of sociology, sociological point of view, modern sociological theory, globalization, social structure and sulture, culture and civilization, social and cultural change lectures will be eveluated.
