Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The objective of this course is to identify sources of debts (debts arising from legal procedures, contracts, wrongful act and unjust enrichment), consequences of debts and termination of debts.and unjust enrichment), consequences of debts and termination of
Course Content	This course unit covers the legal procedures as a source of debt and especially contracts, discharging and not discharging of debt, termination of debt, wrongful acts, unjust enrichment, debt relationships, disposition and transfer of debt.
