Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Students should have information about the course within the scope of Constitutional Law-I (General Principles) course within the framework of law formation.
Course Content Within the scope of the general theory of the field of constitutional law, the sources of constitutional law, the concept of political power, the concept of state, the forms of state, the concept of the constitution, the concept of primary constituent power, the concept of secondary constituent power, the control of the constitutionality of laws, the forms of government according to the use of sovereignty, electoral systems, political parties, executive power, legislative power, judicial power and the relations between these powers are within the scope of the course.
