Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to identify capital market law in an undergraduate context.
Course Content This course unit includes topics such as the concept of capital market, capital market instruments, equity securities, bonds, dividend share and participating preferred stock, profit and loss sharing notes, commercial papers, bank bills and bank guaranteed bills, asset-backed securities, public offering of capital market instruments, dematerializing, the concept of publicly-held corporation, incorporated companies whose equities are publicly offered, incorporated companies whose equities are deemed to be publicly offered, intermediaries and capital market activities.
