Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	The objective of this course dealing with the relationship of person with property is to analyze condominium ownership, land registry and limited real rights.
Course Content	The concept of condominium ownership which is formulated by a special law, the concept of real property easement and real rights except property, i.e. limited real rights will be discussed.

Learning Outcomes

Identify laws and regulations.

Develop skills of reading, comprehension and expressing themselves and an event.
Use laws and regulations to solve legal problems.
Identify basic principles of law.
Identify universal legal norms and international law criteria.
Identify main principles constituting jurisdiction.

Follow judiciary case laws and doctrines.
Follow solutions offered for a specified topic in comparative law.
Make use of electronic databeses and library catalogues.
Follow supreme court judgments.
Apply judiciary case laws to concrete events.
Follow qualified law conferences and scientific activities.
Carry on their profession personally and within a group in coordination with a team.
Offer solutions to complicated legal issues that they may face with.
