Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to identify how rights are practiced with the help of the state in case of breach of rights granted to individuals by private law.
Course Content The start of the judicial process, the significance of Law of Civil Procedure among jurisdiction types, organization of a court, duties and authorities of courts, recusation and the relationships between general courts and private courts are explained. Besides, topics such as supporting bodies of courts, litigation, evidences, proceedings and judgment are discussed.
