Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The objective of this course is to train jurists who have an advanced skill to solve commercial disputes.
Course Content Topics such as ordinary partnership, general provisions of commercial partnerships, establishment of collective, commandite, incorporated and limited partnerships, bodies, changes between partners, rights and responsibilities of partners and termination of a partnership will be covered in corporate law.

4Merger and takeover of business companies

6Commandite company (limited partnership/commandite by shares)
7Introduction to incorporated companies act and principles dominating incorporated companies
8Establishment of incorporated companies
9Organization of an incorporated company
10Share and shareholding in incorporated companies and privileged shareholders
11Changes in core contracts in incorporated companies
12Supervision of incorporated companies
13Closing incorporated companies and dissolution process
14A limited company and cooperatives
