Istanbul Aydın University Directorate of Editorial Affairs operates under the General Secretariat with the aim of managing the document dispatch and control of correspondence carried out by the Rectorate from a single center.

Our Directorate receives all correspondence sent to the Rectorate and the General Secretariat from university administrative units, external institutions, and individuals through the EBYS (Electronic Document Management System), carries out the referral processes, and ensures their fast, reliable, and timely delivery to the relevant units and organizations. Furthermore, it records the meeting decisions of the boards established within the University and the Rectorate, distributes these decisions to the relevant units, and files and archives documents according to the coding system.

As the Directorate of Editorial Affairs, our primary goal in all our operations and transactions is to establish correspondence standards by closely following legal legislation and technology, to contribute to the development of corporate identity and culture, and to plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise processes in accordance with the principles of efficiency.
