  1. Ensuring a fast, effective, and organized workflow via the EBYS (Electronic Document Management System) for all documents submitted to our university from internal and external sources.
  2. Conducting the official correspondence of the Rectorate.
  3. Preparing draft agendas for University Senate and University Administrative Board meetings.
  4. Recording and archiving decisions taken during Senate and Administrative Board meetings, and ensuring their timely distribution to relevant units via EBYS.
  5. Enhancing service quality by contributing to the efficient, coordinated, and harmonious operation of administrative and academic units within EBYS document workflows.
  6. Conducting the fast, effective, and secure exchange of documents with all public institutions and organizations via the KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) system.
  7. Providing support to the administrative and academic units of our university regarding the archiving and preservation of official documents within the scope of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) Archive Regulation.
  8. Monitoring the CIMER (Presidency Communication Center) system under the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye on behalf of our university.
