Mission
The Purchasing Directorate of Istanbul Aydin University is responsible for planning, executing, and coordinating goods and services procurement processes to support the uninterrupted, effective, and sustainable execution of the university's academic and administrative activities. Within the framework of current legislation and internal university regulations, the Directorate carries out purchasing transactions in accordance with the principles of transparency, competition, equality, efficiency, and the effective use of resources. It aims to conduct all activities—from supplier selection and contract and order management to delivery, registration, and reporting processes—in a coordinated, traceable, and controlled manner.
