Organization Tasks

​

DIRECTOR

a) To plan and execute activities aimed at achieving the Center's objectives,
b) To represent the Center and chair the Executive and Advisory Boards,
c) To set the Executive Board's agenda and implement the decisions made,
ç) To ensure coordination and oversight among the units within the Center,
d) To communicate and conduct studies with national and international organizations,
e) To chair the Executive and Advisory Boards,
f) To prepare the annual activity report of the Center and its affiliated units and submit it to the Rectorate.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS

a) To make decisions on matters related to the Center's operations and management in accordance with the objectives set forth in these Regulations,
b) To evaluate the Center's annual activity report and annual work programs,
c) To prepare the Center's annual budget proposal,
ç) To make regulations and decisions on research and publication matters,
d) To establish and appoint working groups and committees deemed necessary for the Center's operations, and to submit them to the Rector for approval when necessary,
e) To prepare the Center's long-term scientific and administrative plans and programs,
f) To make decisions on other matters within the Center's scope of work,
g) To take the necessary measures and decisions to ensure that the Center's operations are conducted more effectively and efficiently, in accordance with ethical and scientific principles, these Regulations, and other relevant legislation.

ADVISORY BOARD

The Advisory Board's duties are to advise the Board of Directors on scientific and technological matters to increase the efficiency of the Center's operations and to conduct investigations and provide opinions on matters submitted to it.
