The Center Director is the highest-ranking official responsible for the management of the Center and has the following duties:

Representing the Center and ensuring the smooth running of its activities, chairing the Management Board and Advisory Board,

Preparing an annual work plan aimed at achieving the Center's objectives, preparing the annual activity report of the Center and its affiliated units and submitting it to the Rectorate,

Making decisions regarding the Center's work, convening the Center Management Board, submitting decisions to the Center Management Board for approval, and chairing meetings,

ç) Determining the agenda of the Center Management Board, implementing its decisions, conducting the Center's

administrative affairs, and ensuring coordination within the University on these matters

d) Ensuring coordination and supervision among the units within the Center,

e) Communicating and working with national and international institutions and organizations, carrying out activities related to the Center, establishing research and project teams,

f) Contributing to the work of clubs related to Corporate Governance and Sustainability to be established by University students

and guiding them.
