Board of Directors

ARTICLE 10 – (1) The Board of Directors consists of five members, including the Director, appointed from among the University's full-time faculty members upon the recommendation of the Director, the Rector's proposal, and the President's approval. The term of office for Board members is three years. Members whose terms have expired may be reappointed. A new member is elected to complete the remaining term of office for those who resign before the end of their term or are assigned outside the University for more than six months.

(2) The Board of Directors meets at least once a month upon the invitation of the Director. The Director may convene a meeting of the Board of Directors as needed.

Duties of the Board of Directors

ARTICLE 11 – (1) The duties of the Board of Directors are as follows:

a) To prepare and implement the Center's work program, develop it in line with needs, submit it to the Board of Trustees through the Rector's Office, and implement those approved.

b) To establish project and research groups within the Center and evaluate their work.

c) Determine the principles for collaboration with university units, national and international individuals, institutions, and organizations that will be assigned to courses, internships, certificate programs, and similar programs, and collaborate on matters related to the Center's areas of activity, and submit them to the Directorate.

ç) Prepare the Center's annual activity report and submit it to the Directorate.

Advisory Board

ARTICLE 12 – (1) The Advisory Board is elected for a three-year term, upon the recommendation of the Rector and the approval of the President, from among faculty members of the University or other universities, and experts working in private or, if requested, public institutions operating on matters related to the Center. The Advisory Board consists of a maximum of fifteen members. A member whose term has expired may be reappointed.

(2) The Advisory Board meets annually, normally and, if necessary, extraordinarily, upon the invitation of the Director.

Duties of the Advisory Board

ARTICLE 13 – (1) The duties of the Advisory Board are as follows:

a) To convey its evaluations to the Directorate to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Center's activities,

b) To submit its opinions and recommendations to the Directorate within the framework of the Center's objectives.
