Student admission to the Machinery Program is carried out through the central placement system administered by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM), in accordance with the current regulations governing transition to higher education. Students who are entitled to enroll in the program begin their education within the framework of the relevant legal regulations.
Recognition and exemption procedures for courses previously taken at another higher education institution are evaluated in accordance with the relevant regulations and directives of the University. Courses successfully completed by students may be recognized by the decision of the relevant board, taking into consideration content and credit compatibility, and exemptions may be granted within the scope of the program.
Horizontal transfer, vertical transfer, internal transfer and special student admission procedures are carried out in accordance with the principles determined by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and the relevant regulations of the University. Graduates of the program have the opportunity to continue their education in related undergraduate programs through the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS).
In order to support student mobility, learning outcomes obtained within the scope of national and international exchange programs are evaluated within the framework of the University's recognition and adaptation procedures. Thus, the knowledge, skills and competencies acquired by students in different educational environments are academically recognized.
