Purpose and Content

The aim of the course By providing information about the operation of electrical equipment, students are able to take safety precautions in situations they may encounter or evaluate the adequacy of the precautions taken.
Course Content Information on electricity and voltage levels, general structure of energy distribution faults, distribution tables, general information on fuses, socket and switch groups, general structure of electric lamps, safety precautions in electrical installations, definition of lightning, fire alarm systems and occupational safety issues are covered.
