Admission, Recognition & Transfers

Admission to the Construction Technology Program is conducted through the centralized placement system administered by the Student Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) in accordance with the applicable higher education regulations. Students who are granted admission to the program commence their studies in accordance with the relevant legal provisions and university regulations.

Recognition and exemption procedures for courses previously completed at other higher education institutions are evaluated in accordance with the University's regulations and directives. Courses successfully completed by students may be recognized, subject to content and credit compatibility, and exemptions may be granted upon the approval of the relevant academic boards.

Horizontal transfers, vertical transfers, internal transfers, and special student admissions are conducted in accordance with the principles established by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and the relevant university regulations. Graduates of the program may continue their education by transferring to related undergraduate programs through the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS).

To support student mobility, learning outcomes acquired through national and international exchange programs are evaluated within the framework of the University's recognition and transfer procedures. This ensures the academic recognition of knowledge, skills, and competencies gained in different educational environments.
