Mission


Due to the growing population and developing tourism sector and tourist facilities in our country, culinary education provided at universities has gained importance and demand for this education has increased significantly. The development of travel opportunities has also affected domestic and foreign tourism and increased the need for qualified personnel in food and beverage services at these facilities. The Culinary Arts Program at Istanbul Aydın University's Anadolu Bil Vocational School was established in 2015 with the aim of training young chefs who can compete internationally, preserving the rich Turkish culinary culture in an academic environment, and promoting this culture internationally. to ensure the preservation of the rich Turkish culinary culture in an academic environment and to promote this culture internationally.
