Horizontal transfers, vertical transfers, intra-institutional and inter-institutional transfers, as well as recognition of prior learning for the Artificial Intelligence Undergraduate Program at Istanbul Aydın University, are conducted in accordance with the regulations of the Council of Higher Education (YÖK) and the relevant academic directives of the university.

Applications for horizontal transfer are evaluated based on the student's academic performance at their current higher education institution, program compatibility, and available quotas. Vertical transfers are carried out according to the results of the Vertical Transfer Examination (DGS) for graduates of associate degree programs.

Recognition of previously completed courses and acquired qualifications is evaluated and approved by the relevant faculty and departmental boards. Course contents, credit values, and learning outcomes are taken into consideration during the recognition process. All transfer and recognition procedures are implemented in a transparent, fair, and well-documented manner.
