Purpose

To train professionals equipped with sufficient managerial and organizational knowledge to play a role in the efficient execution of activities in public and private sector enterprises, the optimal use of resources, and the fulfillment of functions.

Objective

Able to explain the fundamental concepts, objectives, and relationships of business with the environment, and able to grasp business functions and their interrelationships. Able to understand the fundamental issues related to the work and characteristics of management and executives, and knowledgeable about the basic functions and current issues of management. Knowledge of the accounting system and the ability to account for business assets, resources, and transactions. Familiarity with the Turkish Legal System and the commercial regulations applicable to businesses. Familiarity with human resources management and labor and social security regulations. The primary targeted areas of study are Business Management, Accounting, Finance, Banking, Insurance, Export-Import, Quality Management, Human Resources, Production, Marketing, and Public Relations. The Business Administration program is a four-semester higher education program. The first two semesters consist of introductory courses, while the remaining semesters are more practical.
