Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The basic objective of the course is to let the students to understand the leadership concept both in public and private organizations. Within this context, understanding the leadership processes as well as the other related topics of management and organizations will be evaluated.
Course Content - Determining the new trends in leadership vis a vis the gobal developments. - Determining the micro level components of the leadership. - Enabling the students to learn the dynamics of leadership. - Explanation of leadership styles. - Summarizing the leadership theories of the modern researchers.
