Purpose and Content

The aim of the course This course focuses on understanding of human relations, by integrations these key components of successful relationships. Some basic psychological principles will help the students understand both internal and external influences on their thoughts, feelings and behaviors. The students learn to consider the psychological influences on the individual with the whom he or she is communicating, and tailor these communication skills accordingly. The students emerges with skills and understanding that are widely effective in our multicultural world.
Course Content This courses focuses on development, definition, application areas of behavioral sciences foundations of human relations, self human relations, cultures, how personality effects human relations, emotions, listening, verbal and non verbal communications, communication between individuals, conflict and conflict resolutions, stress and dealing with stress subjects will be taught. With the help of these subjects, students will identify himself and people around him.
