Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The lecture aims to conduct knowledge about conflict resolution under international law.
Course Content The course has two parts: the conflict resolution according to international law and cases related to conflict resolution. In the first part, the course aims to develop the conflict resolution methods in international law knowledge of students within the major domains of international law and the second part of the course will be about the experienced cases in international trade environment.
