Purpose and Content

The aim of the course This course is aimed at giving students a thorough understanding of the basic principles of both asset structure and capital structure management, as well as the tools of financial analysis and institutional environment in which financial transactions take place.
Course Content The course will include such topics as financial statement analysis, mathematics of finance, asset management (capital budgeting, management of working capital assets and intangibles), valuation principles, capital structure management, structure and functions of financial and capital markets including selected aspects of international and multinational finance environment.
