Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Basic semiconductor concepts. Diodes: DC and AC analysis, special type diodes. Theory of Bipolar Junction Transistors (BJT): biasing technique.
Course Content Semiconductors, PN junction, diodes, structure and operation principles of BJT, small signal analysis, structure and operation principles of FET.
