Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	In particular, those who can see health care as a whole and accordingly identify problems related to health services, determine priorities, make appropriate plans and practices, research, constantly learn and teach, know how to solve problems, and contribute to the provision of quality health services; To train health sector employees within the scope of quality development who can evaluate performance and use quality tools, techniques and methods within these, know and apply international standards, are aware of accreditation and professional norms, can provide information and technical support to the structuring of quality management systems.
Course Content	To introduce the concept of risk, risk management tools and techniques in hospitals and to ensure that they can use them. Accordingly, activities such as analyzing specific risk factors in hospitals, managing them and contributing to increasing the value of the hospital will be discussed within the scope of the course.
