Purpose and Content

The aim of the course Health and nutrition, nutrition and labor productivity, nutrient, carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins, minerals, beverages and liquid balance, adequate and balanced nutrition principles, energy requirements, ideal height weight, obesity and the resulting illnesses, in special cases nutrition, pregnancy and nursing mothers, to teach infant and child nutrition issues
Course Content Principles of Healthy Eating, Nutrients: carbohydrates, fats, proteins, Daily Energy Requirement, Liquid Equilibrium, Adequate and Balanced Nutrition Policy, Ideal Height Weight Ratio, obesity, renal failure Principles of Nutrition, malnutrition in dialysis patients, fluid balance in dialysis patients, Praote Restrictions on Dialysis
