Purpose and Content

The aim of the course to design analog and digitalelectronic circuits and to introduce latest electronic technology and to learn basic electronic applications in industry.
Course Content semiconductor diodes, diode applications, bipolar junction transistors, dc biasing BJTS, field effect transistors, FET biasing, BJT transistor modelling, BJT small signal analysis, FET small signal analysis, BJT and JFET frequency response, compound configurations,opamp and opamp applications, power amplifiers, feedback and oscillator circuits, power supplies and voltage regulators
