After an intensive and productive academic period, we were delighted to see the students successfully complete the Delightful Istanbul International Winter School '26 program. The program brought together students from different countries and contributed to their academic knowledge and experience through an intensive educational program and courses from various disciplines.Organized by the Short-Term Education Programs Coordination Office of Istanbul Aydın University for international university students from around the world, the Delightful Istanbul Summer School and Delightful Antalya & Istanbul Winter School programs provide students with the opportunity to receive face-to-face education in their chosen courses and to come together in an academic environment with students from different cultural backgrounds.This year, the Delightful Istanbul International Winter School '26 was held from January 17 to February 6, 2026. As part of the program, Dr. Arta Armani, Faculty Member of the Department of Medical Biology and Genetics at Faculty of Medicine and Director of the Health Service Policy Implementation and Research Center, delivered the course "Genetics and Medical Biotechnology" to students from different countries. Training provided students with an opportunity to gain knowledge of fundamental and current topics in genetics and medical biotechnology, while also allowing international students to experience the academic environment of Istanbul Aydın University.
