Purpose and Content

The aim of the course	Understanding of the mechanism tissue-stain relations, defining of stain classifications, explaining of encountered problems in H&E staining and their solutions, classification of Hematoxylin stains and perform H&E staining.
Course Content	Stain descriptions, hematoxylin and eosin according to the classification of mordant dyes

Learning Outcomes

The Pathology Laboratory Techniques Program has basic theoretical knowledge in the field.
