About Us

The Directorate of Editorial Affairs of Istanbul Aydın University operates under the General Secretariat to conduct the document dispatch and control of correspondence issued by the Rectorate from a single center. Our Directorate ensures the tracking of all correspondence sent to the Rectorate and General Secretariat from university administrative units, external institutions, and individuals via the EBYS (Electronic Document Management System); ensures the fast, reliable, and timely delivery and referral of incoming-outgoing document flows to the relevant units and organizations; and takes the necessary measures to this end. Furthermore, it records the meeting decisions of the boards established within the University and the Rectorate, carries out the distribution of these decisions to the relevant units, and files and archives documents according to the coding system.
While carrying out all tasks and transactions within its field of activity, the Directorate of Editorial Affairs aims to establish correspondence standards by closely following legal legislation and technology, to contribute to the development of corporate identity and culture, and to plan, direct, coordinate, and supervise operations in accordance with the principles of efficiency.
