As the Istanbul Aydin University Department of Construction and Technical Affairs, we believe that ensuring the effective execution of our university's educational and instructional activities is one of the cornerstones of institutional success. In this direction, our Department fulfills its duties and responsibilities with diligence to meet the administrative and technical needs of our university.
Our objective is to strengthen the physical infrastructure of our university, manage investment and maintenance-repair processes effectively, and ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our students and academic staff. In this context, we undertake significant responsibilities to ensure the efficient use of resources and to enhance the quality of service at our university.
Our Department monitors the execution of survey, tender, construction, acceptance, and final settlement processes of projects included in the investment and maintenance-repair program in accordance with the schedules; and ensures the commissioning of completed structures. In this process, we work in coordination and cooperation with all units to create safe, organized, and productive working environments, to activate service processes, and to contribute to the institutional operations of our university.
