2. How many years is the scholarship validity period?

Scholarships are valid throughout the maximum period of study.

3. How to apply for private scholarships?

Applications for private scholarships provided by Istanbul Aydın University to students in need are made through the UBİS systems.

4. How are merit scholarships awarded?

Merit scholarships are applied to the first, second, and third-ranking students in the department who have a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.5 and above (and have completed the full course load), based on the list determined by the Registrar's Office. No separate application is required.

5. What are the conditions for freezing registration?

Students wishing to freeze their registration must first renew their registration. The fee paid is deducted from the following year's tuition fee. Registration freezing procedures are carried out as a result of the evaluation of the petitions submitted to their respective faculties.

6. What are the refund conditions in case of disenrollment or lateral transfer?

The refund conditions to be applied in case of leaving the institution via disenrollment or lateral transfer are available in our payment directives published on our website.

7. How are Lateral Transfer Scholarships determined?

For a Lateral Transfer Scholarship, an application must be made to the lateral transfer commission. The scholarship rates provided are announced before registration.
