Message from the Manager

As the Directorate of Human Resources at Istanbul Aydin University, our primary priority is to recruit and develop qualified human capital and manage it effectively within a sustainable institutional framework, in line with our university's mission, vision, and strategic goals. We aim to create a fair, transparent, and inclusive working environment through our human resources policy that supports the personal development, work quality, satisfaction, and corporate loyalty of our employees.

With this understanding, we contribute to the formation of an academic and administrative staff structure that is based on the principles of equality and justice, encourages teamwork, internalizes the corporate culture, and is open to learning and innovation.
