As the Istanbul Aydın University Inventory Control Office, our primary goal is to carry out our university's fixed asset and consumable management processes with a transparent, reliable, and sustainable approach, and to contribute to the effective and efficient use of institutional resources. Acting with a sense of corporate responsibility, our unit accepts adding value to the administrative functioning of our university as a priority task, based on the principles of accuracy, order, and accountability in inventory management.

In line with developing technology and changing institutional needs, we aim to continuously improve our service processes, keep our recording and control systems up-to-date, and work in strong cooperation with all units of our university. At the same time, with our quality-oriented service approach, we aim to support institutional efficiency in a sustainable manner by developing fast and solution-oriented applications that increase effectiveness in resource management.
