Istanbul Aydın University, breaking new ground in the academic world, has become the first and only university to prepare and publish a Corporate Governance Compliance Report and subsequently obtain a Corporate Governance Rating as a result of its ongoing efforts.

Our Center, KURSAM, continues its Corporate Governance efforts and achieved another significant success by raising its rating score that same year.

Our Center's Purpose: Our primary focus is to conduct and support research and implementation activities on corporate governance and sustainability in academia and the business world, foster collaboration between universities and the business world, conduct academic studies, organize future activities, and contribute to the strengthening of efforts across all institutions and organizations regarding the implementation of Corporate Governance and Sustainability. Furthermore, within the framework of the Center's objectives, it can be summarized as organizing events and activities for research and projects in these areas, producing periodical and non-periodical scientific publications, conducting academic studies, providing opinions, consulting, and reporting contributions to the business world's evaluation and rating processes, and supporting corporate governance and sustainable university studies at universities.

Furthermore, through research, publications, and meetings, we aim to produce and implement value-added studies for businesses, companies, sectors, and the economy on national and international platforms. We also aim to share the results obtained on the development and implementation of corporate governance and sustainability concepts with the scientific community, the real sector, and the public, in collaboration with public and private sector institutions and organizations. We also aim to conduct necessary training, publications, and other activities, train experts in these areas, and provide consulting services.
