Food Application and Research Center

The areas of activity of the Center for Food Research and Application are:

To follow up the information exchange between the foodstuff design and production, food quality and safety, food and consumer issues in parallel with the research and development projects established in order to realize the research and development projects; to make the food sector in parallel with the food sector in the Aydin University it continues its activities with the aim of organizing national and international panels, conferences, symposiums and congresses in order to enlighten the public about food.

Istanbul Aydin University Food Application and Research Center aims to follow the regional and global developments related to Food Technology and Food Security of Turkey and the World and to make researches and contribute to national accumulations in this field. To raise awareness of the academic community, students and society related to this field and to contribute to the development of research studies are among the main aims of our center.
