a) To conduct high quality interdisciplinary research and development studies in the fields of Educational Sciences and Educational Technologies; to coordinate and support the development and implementation of research projects.

b) To carry out research, development and education studies in order to increase the quality of education in preschool, primary school, secondary school, high school and higher education.

c) To organize education programs, conferences, courses, seminars, certificate programs, national and international congresses for development of all people at every level, lecturers and education managers, primarily the academic member and students of Istanbul Aydın University; to give certificates for the studies and make publications regarding the activities if required.

d) To cooperate with related domestic and foreign institutions; to publish periodicals such as bulletins, journals, scientific journals, reports and books about education sciences and technologies.

e) To follow International Evaluation Examinations and to develop education policies and strategies based on the data of these examinations.
