Purpose and Content

The aim of the course The aim of this course to teach the principals and practices about Airport planning, operation and management. With the help of this course the students will have the opportunity to learn the airport industry and on the other side will learn the planning procedures and how to get financial incomes and keep them under control.
Course Content Airport industry and the operations of the airport, passenger behavior in terminal, customer relations and management of small and developing airports, ownership models, airport fees, economic impact of airports, terminal arrangements, environmental impacts, safety, immigration, quarantine and customs procedures, risk management, determination of navigation aid stations.
