<p>​<span style="text-align: justify;">Our university starts the 2021-2022 academic year on September 27, 2021 as face to face education.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;">Based on the decision taken at the meeting of the Presidential Cabinet on August 19, 2021 the decisions of the Senate of our University are as follows:</p><ol><li>In the fall semester of the 2021-2022 academic year, in Associate, Undergraduate and Graduate programs of our university, education will be given face to face and online.</li><li>According to the proposal offered by academic departments and with the approval of the Senate of our University &quot;Distance Education Classes&quot; will be carried out online.</li><li>Applied courses can be carried out face to face alternately or diluted, taking into account the course of the pandemic, with the decision to be taken by the authorized committees of the relevant departments and the approval of the University Senate.</li><li>In order to minimize dilution in our classes and campus, all days of the week (except Sunday) the daytime education courses will be extended to 22:00 for face to face education. </li><li>The rules about mask, cleaning and distance in all areas from the entrance of our university campus should be obeyed.</li><li>The exams of YOK compulsory joint courses to be given online and university elective courses will be supervised online at our university, and the exams of other online and face to face courses will be conducted face to face.</li><li>Assessment and evaluation methods can be done with homework, projects, presentations, quizzes and process evaluation depending on the characteristics of the courses.</li><li>The attendance requirement of the students will be in effect for both face to face and online courses as part of the legislation requirement. </li><li>HES code control from all our academic and administrative staff, students, parents and visitors at the entrance to our University Campuses is required.</li><li>&#160;In this context, having had a COVID-19 vaccination is required, and those who did not have vaccination has to submit a negative PCR test performed no more than 72 hours before their entry.</li><li>International students who cannot enter our country from abroad due to the global pandemic conditions, and students with chronic diseases or whose families are in the high-risk group, their requests for registration freeze will be evaluated by the relevant committees of the departments.</li><li>&#160;An integrated course by combining two or more courses will not be allowed.</li><li>&#160;These decisions can be reevaluated according to the course of the pandemic.</li></ol><p style="text-align: justify;">&#160;</p><p><br/></p>
