Ass. Professor Şevket AYAZ: According to Law No. 3713, by using force, pressure, intimidation, intimidation, intimidation or threat, to change the characteristics of the republic, the political, legal, social, secular and economic order, to disrupt the indivisible integrity of the state with its country and nation, Any crime to be committed by a person or persons belonging to an organization in order to endanger the existence of the Turkish state and the republic, to weaken or destroy the authority of the state, to destroy fundamental rights and freedoms, to disrupt the internal and external security of the state, public order or general health. acts of terrorism are considered acts of terrorism. As can be seen, the anti-terror law has made a comprehensive definition and listed the actions that may be the cause of terrorism.

Ass. Professor Hüseyin KAZAN: The relationship we call terrorism-media relationship is a symbiotic relationship; that is, it is based on a relationship in which two separate groups, terror and media groups, benefit from each other informally. This relationship showed itself up to the years of 1915, when television was just born, especially in the years when radio became widespread in the USA. The Birth of a Nation film, shot in 1915, is among the best examples of the terror-media relationship in the USA. After this date, after the mass media started to become widespread, terrorist organizations also turned to the media. The 1972 Munich Olympics on the subject created a revolution in the terror-media relationship. The direct publication of the images of Israeli athletes covered in blood in these Olympics by the media directed all the arrows towards the media, and by going much further, the media was held responsible for the event. Although the media is not primarily responsible for the incident, terrorist reporting that is not done consciously contributes to terrorist organizations, and this unconscious reporting makes the media's job difficult. What the media should do is fulfill its duty of informing the public in a way that does not make propaganda of terrorist organizations.

Ass. Professor Naim BABUROĞLU: When we look at the five thousand years of written history, we see that the world political history is actually a history of war. Because only 240 years have passed in peace and tranquility, according to scientific research so far, within five thousand years. This means that we will face the history of war in the geography we will live in and the world we will live in from now on. About 15 million people died in the First World War, but the civilian death toll was 5 percent. When we came to the Second World War, the number of people who lost their lives was about 60 million, but the death rate for civilians was 48 percent. From 1945 until today, supposedly there is no war, 60 million people lost their lives, but there is no war in the world. Well, when we ask what is the death rate of civilians, it is 95 percent. So now the war has changed its face. Atilla is no longer an environment in which two regular armies stand against each other and attack each other during the reign of Metehan or Mehmet the Conqueror, or the defense system of the regular armies when the opposing British and French navy landed in the Dardanelles War, it is no longer a geography they occupied. So, war has changed its face and you know now that in peace, children normally bury their fathers, but the world has come to such an environment that fathers bury their children. Here we call the environment in which fathers begin to bury their children, the environment of war and combat.

Journalist Bünyamin AYGÜN: Both Şevket Teacher and Naim Teacher addressed the issue of terrorism. All I have to do is tell my experience. It was a painful experience I had with ISIS in 2013, an event that a journalist would never want to encounter, but if you are going to a war zone, it is both possible and imminent to be captured, injured or even face negative consequences, but ISIS No journalist or person, including myself, will want to fall into the hands of a terrorist organization like me. Let me briefly tell you how a terrorist organization was created from my own experience. I am the only journalist in the world to tell this, because there were several journalists. I went to Idlib in 2013 for an interview, unfortunately I fell into the hands of ISIS, two cars came, one from the front and one from the back, they took them. They tied my hands and arms immediately, put the tape on my face and put it in a car. Then they threw it away. I waited for hours, they said nothing, but let me tell you, you can be taken prisoner, you can be taken into custody from time to time, you can be taken prisoner, but this is, they have certain rules, they can tie your hands, they can take your machine, but they will give it back, but they will treat you well. When I first fell into the hands of ISIS, I prayed for two things, I hope it's not ISIS, and secondly, it's not SHABBIA from Syria. These two are doing terrible things, whoever falls cannot escape.
