Purpose of the Training:
One of the diseases of our age in business relationships is mobbing. It is understood from the applications made to the judicial and administrative authorities that in the workplaces, employer or employer representatives often apply systematic mobbing to workers, or one or a group of workers dismiss another worker. In this training, what the concept of harassment is, which concepts are considered as harassment, legal bases, legal application methods of harassment victims and obligations of employers in this regard, will be explained in theory and practice in the light of Supreme Court decisions samples, and the knowledge and awareness level of the participants will be increased.
