 Arbitration In Legal Disputes

Program Purpose:
Arbitration is an "Alternative Dispute Resolution" (ADR) method commonly used in countries with developed legal systems. Alternative dispute resolution methods are becoming increasingly important. It is a new and modern method that ensures fast, economical and easy resolution of legal disputes and its prevalence is increasing all over the world. Arbitration is the most effective method that the parties can use to resolve their dispute without going to court or with the help of an impartial third party.

Requirements For Participants:
Within the scope of the " Arbitration in Legal Disputes Law" numbered 6325 published in the Official Gazette dated 22 June 2012 and numbered 28331 and the "Law on Arbitration in Legal Disputes" published in the Official Gazette dated January 26, 2013 and numbered 28540, those who are graduates of the Faculty of Law and have at least 5 years of seniority, after receiving the training given by the authorized institution, will be successful in the examination of the Ministry of Justice; They will be able to start their activities by registering them in the arbitration registry.
