Under the coordination of the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education, the Istanbul Celebrating with Science Project, supported within the scope of TÜBİTAK 4007 Science Festival, was carried out. Project; It was carried out in order to convey the interaction between science, technology and society through activities, to increase students' interest in science by creating awareness, and to enable them to take a meaningful step towards becoming science literate individuals. As Istanbul Aydın University Disaster Training Application and Research Center (AFAM), the project activities in which we took part in the Disaster Literacy Workshop were carried out at Sultanahmet Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School between 6 – 9 October 2021.
