Disaster Preparedness Trainings for Disabled Individuals were given by Istanbul Aydın University Disaster Training Application and Research Center (AFAM) Coordinator Serhat Yılmaz organized by Yıldız Technical University (YTU) Occupational Health and Safety Coordinatorship for university staff in Beşiktaş Barbaros campus.

YTU Natural Sciences Research Center President Prof. Dr. Şükrü Ersoy made a presentation under the title of Dangers Awaiting Humanity. In the second part of the study, Istanbul Aydın University AFAM Coordinator Serhat Yılmaz explained the reasons why disasters and emergencies may be in danger, and what kind of preparations are made for the disabled individuals according to the planned disaster and emergency stages before, during and after.
